With this set you acquire 4 team games in one. Included are two complex exercises that will challenge your participants and two warm-ups that are intended to start or loosen up.
Team maze
In the Team Labyrinth exercise, the entire team has to find a way through the labyrinth and walk through it. For this purpose, it has a predetermined amount of money available. This task is particularly interesting because the success or failure can be seen very well based on the budget used. The complexity of the framework requires written instructions, as the team has to pay for every avoidable mistake. With well thought-out planning, mutual feedback and mutual support, the group should traverse the team labyrinth with the least possible financial outlay.
This exercise is divided into two clear phases. In a planning and an implementation phase.
In the planning phase, the team is given the opportunity to develop a joint strategy and carry out simulations over a comparatively long period of time.
In the implementation phase, the strategy is now checked and, if necessary, changed. The team members enter the labyrinth one after the other. As long as you are on the right path, nothing happens. However, if they enter the wrong field, a signal from the trainer will sound. The team does not have to pay anything the first time, as some mistakes are inevitable. However, if the wrong field is entered a second time, this costs the entire team a previously defined amount of money. Everyone is encouraged to reassure themselves whether they are still on the right path. By constantly adapting the strategy (under difficult conditions, i.e. without verbal communication), the team can manage to overcome the course with little loss of budget.

In this exercise, the challenge is to find the right path by having each team member gather information and share that knowledge with the other team members. All team members are initially in a safe hiding place and have to cross a well-guarded passage. From time to time, however, a team member may leave the hiding place and visit the passage to gather information. When all the information has been gathered, the task can begin. The team members need to plan together and practice this plan. Then each team member has to overcome the passage independently.
Name duel
The aim is to bring as many participants as possible from the other group into your own group. The participants are divided into two groups. One participant is selected from each group and will hold up the labyrinth carpet. The rest of the group members hide at a distance of approx. 2 meters each on one side of the raised carpet so that they cannot be seen by the other group. Now one person is selected from each group who steps very close and in the middle of the carpet. At the command of the trainer, the participants quickly lower the carpet so that the two opponents can see each other. Whoever says the other's name first decides the round for himself and wins the opponent for his team, i.e. the loser goes to the other side.
This is repeated over and over again.
